Special Window for Transfer and Dematerialisation (Demat) of Physical Shares.
Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/1/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026, a special window has been provided for the transfer and dematerialisation of physical shares that were bought or sold prior to April 01, 2019.
Shareholders who purchased shares before April 01, 2019 and have either not submitted them for transfer, or whose transfer requests were rejected, returned, or kept pending due to deficiencies in documentation, may lodge or re-lodge the shares for transfer during the period from February 05, 2026 to February 04, 2027.
All requisite documents, duly completed in all respects, must be submitted to the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent, Cameo Corporate Services Limited, on or before February 04, 2027.
