1. Implement and monitor Safety Management Systems at project site and chemical plant operations.
   
2. Conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
   
3. Manage contractor safety, emergency preparedness, and incident investigations.
   
4. Maintain safety documentation and safety culture improvements.
