Job Responsibilities:
1.Execute daily production as per plan with effective utilization of manpower and equipment.
2.Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements (including PPE and permit systems).
3.Monitor process parameters, report deviations, and take preventive actions to avoid breakdowns and failures.
4.Maintain shop floor discipline and actively participate in 5S, TPM, and EHS activities to improve productivity and reduce waste.
